Financing Information
When looking to purchase a new home, having solid financing is the best starting position. "Solid financing" can be defined in two ways:
- Paying cash for your home and have documentation to verify funds, or
- Pre qualification from a lender of your choice.
Choosing the Mortgage Broker/Lender to work with is just as important as choosing your Realtor. There are many to choose from, however, here are a few who have proven themselves to be exceptional through my experience with them:
