East Evergreen

In November of 1999, East Evergreen became the latest Phoenix neighborhood to receive historic designation. Although the area contains many modern apartment buildings, it contains many historic homes as well. Colonel James McClintock's home is located in East Evergreen. It was built in 1911, making it one of the oldest existing homes in the state.
