Willo
Willo, one of Phoenix's largest historic districts, has over seven hundred homes within its boundaries. Originally conceived in 1920, the area was developed largely by a company called Home Builders. They were construction firm that specialized in building "spec" residences and they saw great potential for the Willo neighborhood. The forty-one homes initially constructed between 1920 and 1925 were Bungalows, with large porches and broad roof overhangs.
